The Resurrection Power Outreach Ministries was birthed after an intense moments of prayers and fasting, In September, 2010, the church was opened with our first service held in the basement of 87 Hilarity St. This service was attended by 11 people, including Alyson Joana Mayor who travelled from Philadelphia to usher in this service.
Since then, the Lord’s hand has been over this work and great things he has done as we chartered the course of ministering around the world.
The church has spread making contact and partnering with other churches which we lend financial assistances for the expansion of the kingdom of God.
ADMINISTRATION The Organization is headed by Apostle Reverend Edward Toe Tisdell Sr. and wife, Prophetess Vester Omega Williams-Tisdell, they have been married for about 30 years with two beautiful children Edward Jr. and Stacey Vanessa Tisdell

With the praise of God upon our lips, we are proud to announce that Ministry Vision has begun to be realized a Mission field has been opened and operating in Liberia, West Africa, with our first missionaries Pastor Daniel B. Thoronka and his precious wife Janet Hawa Korma-Thoronka.
The are operating an elementary Junior High School, which also houses a daycare calledABC Primer 1&2. The name of the school is “Resurrection Power International School.”
At the vision matures, we have acquired 3 acre of land in the Jah Tondo Area for the Resurrection Global Evangelistic and Prayer College.
The land currently is being cultivated as a house is being constructed for the missionaries.
We are mentoring 6 African churches Zimbabwe, Sierra LeoneKenya, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Liberia.
The church is an accredited non-profit Organization recognized by the United States Federal Government as tax-exempt.
We are beseeching the Lord for his mercy and goodness to shower us with the provision to reach to the ends of the earth before He comes again.
